Sequential scenes dilute the sense of scale for the restrained space

Scene 01: The Approach

The Shopfront of the showsuite

The Shopfront design develops from the multi-faceted WFC façade.  The inner golden reflective wall overlays with full-height super graphics on the shopfront glazing creates a strong visual impact yet maintains a sense of the exclusive.

Scene 02: The Club

The Bar

The fully-equipped bar houses the reception, the beverage bar, and the cloak room with direct access to the leasing office and the show spaces.

The Private Lounge

The Private Lounge doubles as a waiting area and the second meeting room. It is equipped with top-down projection showing the electronic leasing brochure and other digitalized project information.  The wall is furnished with iconic prints of the Henderson properties worldwide.

Scene 03: The Virtual Ambassador and The Architect

The projection door shows the greetings from the virtual ambassador, followed by the video of Cesar Pelli.

The frosted (UMU glass) projection doors can be made clear allowing a glance to the impressive cinematheque behind.

Scene 04: The Cinematheque

The cinematheque provides a 180 degrees surround visual experience!  The projection screen measures 18.5m in length and is supported by 5 projectors.  The integrated seating are designed as a huge alcove paying a contemporary tribute to the box of the bygone prosceniums.

Scene 05: The CBD Gallery

The ramped promenade features a wall installation of the abstract city map which highlights the geographical advantage of the WFC and emphasizes in particular the convenience of approaching and leaving WFC through different transportation networks.

In the main space of the CBD gallery, a 2.7m by 2.7m CBD wall model (1:500 or 1:750) is designed as a continuation of the promenade display wall.  Different lighting effects will be incorporated to highlight WFC and other issues related to the site.  The gigantic back projection (a 3.6m by 3.6 m revolving partition) on the left provides a dramatic presentation including zooming in/out of aerial photos.

Scene 06: Hidden Chamber no. 1 – The WFC Model Chamber

The rear wall swings open and the model chamber joins with the CBD gallery.  The architecture model of WFC dazzlingly glows as a jewel art piece and moves forward to the center of the space.  While the building plans are displayed on the left wall as self-glowing artworks, the formerly rear wall shows the facade images of the building in projection which gradually transforms to a computer-animated walk-through of the interior public spaces.

Scene 07: Hidden Chamber no.2 – The Features Chamber

The 10m long multi-media display wall in the Features Chambers comprises of a center band of model (wintergarden) and frameless monitors illustrating the interior design and the technical features of the WFC in details. The top portion of the wall is dedicated for ambience projection.  The revolving partition is reserved for showing full-scale trading floor demonstration and interactive VR shows which climaxes this session.

Scene 08: Hidden Chamber no. 3 – The Board Room

Behind the revolving partition is the Board Room.  A dark room literally, and so the meeting table is the center of focus. The typical floor plans with furniture layouts come in 3 options – whole floor, half floor and 1000 sqm together with the electronic brochure and the previously-shown show material are all displayed on the multi-media meeting table (with one wall-mounted LCD as back-up).  The images are in circular format and are able to rotate to fit the viewer’s sight angle.

Scene 09: The Finale

Live cameras showing the up-to-date site photos are projected on the 2 revolving partitions with the monitors in the Features Chamber showing goodbye lines mark the end of the showsuite tour.  Guests are introduced to the exit lobby and gets back to the Bar area.
